About Us

At Tatreez Banatna, every stitch tells a story of heritage, strength, and hope.

We are a community-based initiative devoted to preserving the timeless beauty of tatreez (traditional embroidery) and crochet. Each handmade piece carries the essence of tradition and the heartbeat of the women who create it.

Our artisans come from across the Middle East — Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and beyond. They are mothers, daughters, widows, orphans — women who have faced life’s toughest challenges: displacement, financial hardship, personal loss, or separation. Through their craft, they reclaim dignity, strength, and self-reliance.

As our name Tatreez Banatna (تطريز بناتنا) suggests, this is embroidery by our girls — a celebration of the hands and hearts behind every design.

We offer a range of creations: some are limited edition, some are in stock, and others are available for preorder. This model helps us continuously reinvest 100% of our profits to place new orders and ensure a steady income for these talented women.

Our mission is deeply human: to provide dignified livelihoods and preserve cultural heritage. And we’re just getting started — we are actively expanding to reach more communities across the region and are always open to collaboration with like-minded initiatives.

Every purchase supports a story of resilience.

Join us. Wear the art, carry the story, and help stitch a future of hope.
