US product prices reflect this all-inclusive pricing.

Duties & Import Taxes — All Other International Orders: For orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States, customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility and may be charged upon delivery by your local customs authority. Tatreez Banatna is not responsible for these charges.

Address Accuracy: Customers must ensure that all shipping information is accurate. We are not liable for undelivered or returned packages due to incorrect addresses.

No Liability for Losses: We are not responsible for lost, undelivered, or returned packages once an order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment via the tracking information provided.

If you place a preorder, please note that the estimated delivery date is subject to change. We will keep you updated on any changes to your order status. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept that your order may take longer to ship than standard orders. Additionally, as our products are handmade, the materials and stitching may vary slightly from what is shown in the product images.
