Section 2 – Shipping and Duties Policy

Available shipping services and the final shipping cost are shown at checkout. Please review our Shipping Policy for shipping rates, destinations, free-shipping eligibility, and delivery information.

For international orders handled through Managed Markets, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout, and your parcel is shipped with those charges prepaid. You will not need to pay those duties or import taxes again upon delivery.

For orders not handled through Managed Markets, the way these charges are calculated and collected may differ. Please review the information shown at checkout or contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Please double-check your delivery address and contact information before completing your purchase. If your order does not arrive, contact us with your order number. We will provide available tracking information and offer reasonable assistance with the carrier’s delivery or claims process.

Section 3 – Preorder Information

Preorder and made-to-order pieces require time to create. Crochet and embroidered pieces typically take 6–8 weeks, while larger or highly detailed pieces may take up to 16 weeks. Please check the product description for the expected preparation timeline.

Shipping transit times begin after dispatch and do not include preorder preparation time. Expedited shipping does not shorten preparation time.

Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items ship together once the preorder items are ready. To receive in-stock pieces sooner, please place separate orders.

Section 4 – Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because our products are delicate, handmade, and sometimes personalized, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Please review your order details, measurements, and colour choices carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, except where required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the piece you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of our website, products, or services without our written permission.

We make every effort to represent our products accurately. Since each item is handmade, slight variations in colour, size, texture, and stitching may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of handmade products.
