1. Are all your items handmade?

Yes! Every piece we offer is handmade with love by talented women artisans across the Middle East. Each item reflects their unique craftsmanship and dedication to quality. If an item is not handmade, it will be clearly indicated in the product description.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As our products are delicate, customized, and handmade, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. To help you make the best choice, we encourage you to thoroughly review your order details before completing your purchase. Thank you for understanding!

3. How long does it take to receive a preorder item?

Each item is handmade with care, so timelines can vary:

  • Crochet pieces: usually 2–4 weeks

  • Embroidered pieces: usually 6–8 weeks

  • Large or detailed items like thoubs: usually 12–16 weeks

We’ll always do our best to get your item to you as soon as it’s ready. Thank you for your patience and for supporting our artisans’ meaningful work.

4. What happens if I select both in-stock and preorder items?

When selecting both in-stock and preorder items, please be aware that all items will be shipped together once the preorder items are ready. They will be shipped as per the schedule set for preorders.

If you wish to receive your in-stock items immediately, we recommend completing separate checkouts for those items.

5. Who makes your items?

Our pieces are lovingly made by groups of women artisans in the Middle East, many of whom are working to build independent livelihoods and provide for their basic needs. By purchasing from us, you’re directly supporting these women and their communities.

6. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we proudly ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we’ll make sure your handmade treasure finds its way to you.

7. Who pays for shipping?

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

8. Will I have to pay any duties or customs fees?

Customs and import duties may be charged once your parcel reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. Since customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Please note that delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.

9. How should I take care of my embroidered or crochet items?

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your handmade piece:

   •   Hand wash gently in cold water

   •   Use mild detergent

   •   Do not wring or twist

   •   Lay flat to dry

   •   Avoid direct sunlight and heat

   •   For embroidered items, avoid harsh scrubbing or ironing directly on the threads

With proper care, your item will remain beautiful for years to come.

10. Are you open to collaborations?

Absolutely! We are happy to host handmade items by other women artisans through our platform. A small hosting fee applies. Please contact us directly if you’re interested—we’d love to support and collaborate with other creative women.

11. Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not currently have a physical location. Our store is online only, and we ship worldwide from our website.

12.How do I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to reflect movement, especially for international shipments.
