Thank you for supporting handmade artisan work from the Levant and surrounding regions! Every item in our store is crafted with care by skilled artisans from Palestine, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, and Syria, preserving cultural heritage with every stitch.

Preorder Timeline

  • Crochet items: 6–8 weeks
  • Embroidered items: 6–8 weeks
  • Larger pieces: Up to 16 weeks (or less when possible)

We strive to get your handcrafted order to you as quickly as possible once it's ready.

Shipping Information

Combined Shipping: For orders with both in-stock and preorder items, all items will ship together once the preorder items are ready. To receive in-stock items immediately, please complete separate checkouts.

🚚 Shipping Method We use trusted carriers like Canada Post, UPS, and DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight and size of your order.

📦 In-Stock vs. Preorder Items

  • In-stock items ship within 2–4 business days.
  • Preorder items ship according to the timeline above.
  • If your order includes both types, we'll ship them together or separately based on your selected options and keep you updated via email.

🛃 Customs & Duties

🇺🇸 United States Orders — Duties Included: All orders shipped to the United States are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. We cover all import duties and customs fees on your behalf — no surprise charges at your door. US product prices reflect this all-inclusive pricing.

🌍 All Other International Orders: Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility and may be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery. We are not responsible for any lost or returned packages, including those returned due to customs issues or non-receipt. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that you are aware of your country's customs regulations before purchasing.
