Our pieces are handmade by our artisans, and many are made to order or customized for you.

Cancellations

Please review your order details, measurements, and colour choices carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, except where required by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Because our products are delicate, handmade, and often personalized, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

We take great care to inspect and pack every piece before it ships. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the piece you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

If your order does not arrive, please contact us with your order number. We will provide available tracking information and offer reasonable assistance with the carrier’s delivery or claims process.
